You're also the same guy that melted in December and said Tyron Johnson was going to Texas Tech and Donte Jackson was going to Georgia. Why would ANYONE hear what you have to say?

no he isnt...247 has him at pocket passing unless recently changed..

I don't care what 247 has him listed, the kid can and will run

that is dual threat

he is as much of a dual threat as Franks is

How do we keep the MLB off of Franks?

That, sir, is the real question.

I'm pretty sure Shea is not from Louisiana.

And that is the only part of Shea leaving I dont like... I dont want him in Greedys ear all season long about "come to Ole Miss with me". But I trust the staff will limit Shea's impact on other prospects up north.

Baseball! Only Les can put himself, the team and the school in this possible scenario again and again and again.

Franks touches 90 on the gun. He's not going to baseball.

Doesn't Bradley Dale Peveto scout the Shreveport area? Typical

Bradley Dale Peveto is also the reason why Feleipe Franks is already committed. But go on.

Keep the pressure on him, make sure he sees he's a two-year starter at the very least, followed by the NFL. MLB is falling far behind the NFL and that mindset is extremely present in young adults. If he feels good about his situation with LSU, the promise of the NFL is way better than the opportunity to go play farm-league baseball in front of 500 fans for 6 years.

This makes me feel better.

I admit to that, and at the time, that was the information I was getting. Things obviously changed and I am happy that they did change.

These are fluid situations...if you had asked Frank and Les last weekend if Leo Lewis would be a Tiger, they would have said yes.

That said, I had info a few weeks ago about Shea's brother. Not just message board chatter. That same info indicates that Shea will commit this spring to go ahead and get it out of the way and help his school recruit - he is not about the flash.

I hope, like Tyron, that something changes between now and then, but I have serious doubts. He will early enroll and wants to get it over - based on the information I am getting.

Shea moved here within the last 3 years. Not a LA kid.

No recruit is worth creating coaching positions to get them.

He is if you're only recruiting 2 QBs and one of them could opt to play pro baseball. That leaves you with 0.
