Anyone listening to 104.5 find that T-Bob needs to back away from the damn microphone? Seems like he is right up on the mic and screaming. Is everyone else getting the same thing or is it just my speakers?

It's a loud environment. Yes, they have headphhones, but when you get out of the studio in the loud environment and you are relatively new to the business, you tend to project a little louder.
