Are we recruiting this guy? I see that he is committed to A&M and is the highest ranked player in Louisiana according to ESPN. So what's the story.

LSU absolutely recruited the kid but his dad lives around the Houston area I believe and he played for a Texas based summer league team. Pops and his summer league tie-ins to A&M won out early.

Better chance of a better life out side of the state after ball, out of state going when a lot with these players.

Remember A&M has stansbury on their staff now, so recruiting kids with grades/character issues will not scare them off like it might others.
