Rivals was the best in the business about 2 years ago then most of the top guys left rivals and they have done a horrible job of replacing them.
It took only a couple of years but IMO 247 has caught and past up Rivals. Their rankings are much better. Plus they have composite rankings of all the major services which is really truly the best ranking. They also give out twice the information Rivals does and there moderators are much more involved in interacting. If your going to infest money in recruiting, I would go 247. I have both because I am a recruiting junkie.
