He'd be buried on the depth chart. They've signed 3 QBs in 2013 and 2014 combined, and just got Barnett last week. Barring injury or transfer, they will all still be here for at least two years once he steps on campus. So that would be two years of at least 5th string.

Considering Barnett is similarly talented and two years ahead, the kid might not even see the field (I think he transfers before then).

His best bet is to look at a trimmed down depth chart. If he does decommit from Arizona, think he'd be best utilized of his offers at Baylor or Clemson (even Arizona St if he wanted to stay in that state).

He may be more polished than Franks right now, but Franks has tremendous upside. I'm talking Colin Kaepernick/Cam Newton type potential. Cam has to be giddy that he'll get to mold not only a tremendous talent in Harris, but what looks to be even more talent in Franks.
