This has happened before. Any chance one of ours does? Has Williams ever played LB? Ducre?

More likely to convert a safety than a RB looking at our roster

Williams at times last year was more productive than LF7...why would he move?

We will be alright at LB this year. With Steele as our DC, I have little doubt that he finds a top notch LB in next years class that could come in early and contribute as a freshman in 2016.

Pretty tough transition for someone who hasn't played LB much. You're asking someone to switch positions and be able to play at a high level in the SEC. Also competing against people who have played LB their entire careers. Pretty tough.

Voorhies MAYBE

His frame is nearly maxed out though. I always thought Corey Thompson would be an awesome LB if he added 40 lbs, but I don't think that'll happen either.

I think Mouton would the most likely switch to LB. I think that was Bama's plan for him too

He has great size for it. I wonder if he has the mindset and playing style to play defense?

Not everyone is a LB mentally, you know?

Mouton played defense for Acadiana in the playoffs. He played TE in a run first offense so he is used to contact. He is big and fast and likes contact. Sounds like a perfect fit at LB.

I am not all that confident in Steele.
