Yup. I think he's holding a press conference in a few minutes to give us his verbal.

Can't really trust that for a prospect as big as him. Find out on NSD

Momma likes Auburn and LSU, Gary likes Auburn,LSU, and Michigan. In my non-insider homerish opinion, ED O has him reeled in. The smile on that kids face when he watched LSU fall practice and saw coach O told me everything I needed to know.

The consensus seems to be that we have a better shot at Davis. He is a Bama legacy and a virtual lock to the Tide. Ed O got him on campus and got him thinking about LSU, which is more than anyone thought. I hope we are playing the 'everyone expects you at Bama and be your own man' game that Bama plays to NELA recruits on us.

Wilson to AU and Davis to UA.

It looks like he will end up at Michigan. I believe that Michigan hired his high school coach.

It's hard pulling top guys like that from up north, but if anybody can LSU can. They have a nice lil history of it with top athletes like Clifton Garrett who is no longer here, but they pulled it off right out of Big 10 land. And I believe a Tashawn Bowers who is from somewhere around Gary's home land.

Always have a "chance" but he's likely Michigan bound. He grew up a Michigan fan, they have Jabrill Peppers and Jim Harborough has then as a big up and comer. I would never bet against O, but were likely signing Big Ed, Rashard Lawrence and Shavar Manuel. Which would be a MONSTER class. Again, not saying we don't get him, just that I think Michigan is a more likely destination at the point.
