Texas 5A is about as good as it gets.

ETA: that means everywhere. Many, many players he is playing against will be playing college ball next year.

Texas 5A in HS = SEC in College

They try to have arguments who has the best football in different states. Well, imo it's not even close and it's Texas. I think 2nd is Florida followed by Cali.

Why is he not getting the attention that Pryor got last year?? he looks better than Pryor yet I NEVER see anything about him on ESPN etc..., I guess it's because he's already committed??

because he is not 6'6 235 pounds I'm guessing. But who cares,he should get the attention because he is faster and more dynamic of a playmaker.Pryor has the arm strength though,no doubt about that.

Shep is a more developed passer than Pryor this time last year IMO. He is a VERY underrated passer and is a MUCH more explosive runner.

I say we schedule Ohio State for one of our open dates two years from now, that would be awesome to see those two guys on the field

Not as long as there is no playoffs and schools like Bama (USC OHIO ND) get to play weaker schedules. (In conference) (I do realize that Bama Does not control the conference schedule but they seem to avoid those dreaded SEC 3 or 4 games in row stretches.)
