For people saying don't be happy if Sims doesn't qualify...do y'all realize how easy it is to qualify as an athlete? Like you have to literally give ZERO fricks in school or be somewhat retarded. Pretty sure you need like a 16 or 17 on the ACT...that's extremely low.

There are plenty of good players that don't qualify. Look at Cutrer from last year and Quill from a few years ago.

It's still fricking stupid to be happy over something like that. It might be easy for you but no telling what he might have. What if he has some kind of learning disability? Is it still funny? Get over yourself.

Saban is an evil genius. He told CRob to show interest in LSU again. CRob takes an official visit the same time as Hootie. CRob is in Hooties ear about Bama the hole time. Both go to Bama in end

I hate you for raining on my parade. Deep down, I really didn't think that CRob would flip but I was having fun pretending

Really? The kid's life isn't ruined, Hell it may be a wake up call. And people with learning disabilities succeed all the time. They get twice the time on tests, test readers, note takers, tutors, etc...you get over yourself. If a kid TRIES his whole high school career, they will qualify 99.9% of the time. Half of the kids who don't qualify don't care about grades at all, then it's almost December and they've taken their ACT once and sucked it up. Now they have to wait til after football season to take it again and it leaves a smaller margin of error. If he doesn't qualify at Bama then he'll go JUCO for a couple years then have another shot. If Sims not qualifying to get into Bama brings Hootie and Cam here, then yea, I'm pretty pumped about it.

It's not a slight on Sims, but after teaching High School for 3 years, I saw the kids who have a future all the sudden care that they're getting D's in their senior classes and graduation was around the corner. Well, those D's they made as a Freshman were just as important as the D's now.

CROB committed as a rush decision because Coach Shows forced him to because of the circus that was being created and the constant presence of handlersm

Exactly. You literally have to be a Goddamn retard to not get a 16.

There is speculation that CROB may flip because his friend may not qualify?

That seems crazy, base your entire decision on where to attend college based on what your friend does?

Seems pretty far fetched to say the least.

Kid's updated his Twitter page to an all-Bama theme in the last couple of days. I think he's drank the whole keg of kool-aid myself and other than LSU not giving up on him, can't imagine why anyone would think he's even giving LSU another thought. While I admire the persistence of our coaches having a "never give up" attitude (as they should), I think this ship has sailed & the rudder is tied down tight.

Eddie Lacy prolly should have been one of these.

Read the entire thread, no one is pointing at that as the main reason. I don't know if it was deleted, but there were much more believable reasons listed. All things considered, I would see this as the odds going from 1%, to slightly higher.

I have a hard time believing he flips. I hope he does, I just think there is absolutely no way.
