I remember watching Vandy's QBs and being impressed.... Overall lack of talent around them was tough at times but good reads, quick releases, with good throws is what I remember.

Yes. Nuss is the assumed starter but what have we got behind him if we lose Nuss. Do we want Rickie Collins to start? Look at what happened to Florida State when they were left without experienced backups. An undefeated season wasn't good enough and a committee decided their backup QBs wouldn't make for a good ballgame. Idk if Swann is good enough to start for LSU straight up but in the role of a backup you could do worse than a guy with a couple years of SEC starts under his belt.
