They are also speculating that Bama pulled his scholarship.

I hope this isn't true. Hootie is a very good football player.

Says Hootie will end up somewhere besides Alabama or LSU, because neither really want him. That the ESJ game exposed some clear flaws and that he is not a good fit for either system. If he lived outside La he probably would not have received an offer. That Hootie peaked early but did not progress. That Hootie benefited from early potential and accessible personality. Not that he's a bad player, but that he's NOT a priority like Adams is.

I love how hootie went from "LaRon Landry with better cover skills" to Ronald Martin 2.0 in less than a month.

He just said it's Bama and Ohio State...he just lost me with that.

And if you were listening to him, you could tell it's a complete guess on his part.

Nothing to see here.

He just said it's between Ohio State and Bama only and LSU would not take his commitment if he called today.

No shite. Any bama decommit must have been processed. Any prospect who chooses another school, Bama cooled off on him or offer wasnt comittable. Kind of like TD also...

It was a conversation between Hannagriff, Ott and Ponamsky. It rang true to me.

I'm somewhat new to following recruiting, so what are you guys referring to when you say someone's been "processed"?

Dude is pretty much on mark. Knows recruiting and talent and has very, very reliable sources inside LSU. Don't kid yourself.

Sounds a little hard to believe. Coaches aren't going to disregard years of tape on this guy for one game. Maybe he would benefit greatly from being coached up but he's clearly an SEC caliber athlete.

I don't doubt that there are some bad feelings on the LSU side because of what he said about the OV but I think the coaches are broad-minded enough to put that stuff aside for business.

Did you listen to him?

If you did, there's no way you come away believing anything he just said.

He said Bama basically "cooled" on him, but then proceeded to say it was between Bama and Ohio State. How's is Bama even in it if they "cooled" on him. And Ohio State is laughable.

He's confusing himself.

I don't know his track record, but this is a troll job if I've ever heard one. Props to him, it worked. I turned on 104.5 ESPN.

Some peeps who went there said he didn't look anywhere close to the best player on Neville's D. Sometimes people have bad games, and whatever happened there's been enough game film seen, and games watched to know if he can play.
