I was listening to a local sports radio guy this morning and only caught the end of his interview. He said that Parkway has the best WR in La. And that he's a sophomore.
My questions:
a. What's his name?
b. Is he the best in the state?
c. Did he just finish his So. year are going into it?

Justin Rogers is the QB at Parkway and he is Marshall's QB. Both have LSU offers. I have no clue who Devonta Smith's QB is.

Last year's QB signed with Oklahoma State. The likely QB the next 2 years obviously backed him up. He has a lot of big offers, including LSU though.

I'm sure he's good but yet to be a regular starter. I'm pretty sure he's also the kid that got Parkway in trouble and banned from the playoffs year before last. Living out of the zone in Caddo Parish his freshman year. Another school turned him in.

Um no.

JR moved to south bossier towards the end of his 8th grade year. The issue wasn't him living out of zone, it was the bona fide move rule, which is supposed to be for high school to high school transfers, not jr high to high school transfers.
