Why is everyone assuming he comes to LSU? He has been committed to Tenn for a while now
Is he one of those guys that if we offer he would switch almost immediately like Deion Jones?

I didn't know anyone was assuming Peters would come to LSU--I have been reading more on him lately and was wondering, if those who have seen his film or seen Peters play in person think he should get an LSU offer--esp. with so many other LB'ers already on board. Also, shouldn't the Tigers offer athelte Alonzo Moore of Winnfield, first? I think he is usually rated higher.

You don't just offer someone because that person is rated higher than someone else.
You offer on position of need and if you can reel in those big fish they are also takes.

At Summer camps, it was assumed if he got an offer, he would commit; similar to Debo Jones once he was offered.
If we end up with room, I hope we offer. It would be nice to have some healthy competition at MLB behind Minter.
