Will he be able to play at the begaining of next season or does he have to wait until next January?

He will have to appeal to get a waiver. He missed all of last season. I predict they don’t make him miss another season and he is eligible in December.

He will probably get a waiver. He missed the whole season last year and I dont think he played at all this year.

He played a bit first semester but not this semester. After the first semester next year, he will have sat out a full year and a total of 4 out of 5 semesters.

The NCAA is never consistent on granting waivers, but doubt they will want to push the envelope on a high profile case involving Shaquille Oneal's son who was sidelined by a heart issue.
