Offer him now.
He is already rocking the 7 jersey.

I just watched the pinned highlight reel, and with my limited knowledge of scouting, the first takeaway is that his offensive line is really good for high school. Well coached and they get a lot of push, but this is not to take anything away from Noah Cain. He runs with GREAT vision and patience for a sophomore. He has good power and forward body lean with pads over knees and is tough to bring down on contact with pretty nimble feet and good balance. He usually pushes the pile/tackler for more yardage when getting tackled. He needs to work on breakaway speed.
Reminds me of a high school version of Le'Veon Bell with his patience and vision. Very high praise, but for a sophomore his ability to allow things to develop rather than ramming forward or bouncing outside was beyond impressive.
He should be working in the off-season with the sprinters on his track team.
Great prospect!
(I edited to Le'Veon Bell instead of "Shady" McCoy, just got 'em confused when posting running styles)

He's had an offer for months. Cried tears of joy when he got it.

Yeah, he's awesome. And born in Baton Rouge before being raised in Texas. He's gonna look amazing in purple and gold

Looks like a Back that Canada could add to his trick bag repertoire.

Favorite NFL Team: Saints. NBA: Pelicans. He's definitely a boot boy.

Can't teach speed, only technique that leads to better times.

Not one to pretend as if I know a lot or have inside sources but I know someone who knows his family (in Louisiana) well and says he is all LSU. A lot can happen between now and '19 signing day, but as of now at least LSU is where he plans to be.
