I heard Greg Robinson was going to kick Reed's Arse today at the bike racks...and Miles is taking Reed at $50 bucks

Certainly an unusual style of recruiting technique but capable i guess

Now this is some good news.....either would be a huge commitment....but ill be greedy and take em both....Gonzo could actually spit the percy harvin stuff to reed and be honest about it at least

edited to say....i noticed it was wilson and not gonzo....but either way reed would be perfect for our slot....would look good lining up there with the #25 also

I rarely offer my opinion on this board (or anywhere on this site) however.....
I think landing Reed would make the pain of losing Davis and Hunter go away. To me, landing the in state guys is what is most important regardless of how overrated Reed may be. It sends a message to other programs that pulling a guy from LA is a tough thing to do. Just my two cents, although I am compeltely aware that we likely won't get Reed.

someone on the premium board said the Reed situation isn't changing, and it doesn't have to do with LSU coaching, Miles or anything of that nature...Not sure what that circumstance is, but apparenlty that is the road block to Baton Rouge.

On a good note, we hear that Greg Robinson is a strong lean to LSU..

In terms of need, Greg is a must get next season

Is the Trooper the connection with his Dad? A minister or something like that?

What if we land Reed, Boone, Wright, and Fobbs?

Will ya'll still be pissed about losing Hunter and Davis?

And I think it could happen because we're so thin at WR and at least Boone and Reed could be and seem open to playing CB.

Wright and Boone would be pretty solid IMHO

Both are more ready than Hunter

Fobbs I don't know much about.

I am still hoping for Ambles

The guy is going through a tough time in his life. If he feels comfortable at Auburn, he should go. Best of luck to him. At least he was honest and didn't commit to us and de-commit at the last minute.

I don't want to get into this but you can be committed and honest but then psyche yourself out at the last minute and go elsewhere (closer).

If Miles has character issues (which it appears he has some serious ones) I say we pass on him and focus on the other on the board.
