Perfect Game says he reached 95mph in June.

#1 pitcher in TX, #53 overall.

A sophomore throwing that hard would be terrifying to face as a high school hitter.

It’s low to mid 90s already with tons of movement and an absolute hammer breaker. He was one of best pitchers in DFW last year as a soph. Exceptional talent

Pumped to get his commitment but if he puts a couple more MPH on his pitches, which would seem normal with his age/growth, and shows command with two of them, he's going to be drafted very highly.

There aren't a whole lot of rule changes that I feel are universally good for the sport, but this one was, in my opinion.

I know a ton about him. I live around the corner from the kid and my wife taught him in middle school. Great kid from a class family that puts faith as a high priority.

As far a baseball, he pitches well with great location. His fastball is crazy good. His off speed stuff is excellent but sometimes tries to get a little too tight with the zone when he thinks he can get away with it. Very coachable and will follow directions when you tell him something isn’t working though. He’s going to make an excellent tiger!
