That frame is just about maxed out, whereas akers can probably get to 235 and not lose any speed.

Umm yeah that's pretty small for the backs LSU has recruited lately. 6'1" 235, 5'11" 225, 5'10" 245, 6' 215, and 5'11" 235. I think Ducre is about to light people's worlds up next year as a receiving FB. His speed is just undeniable and I'm sure he has good power also. This team could be special next year people!!

Etienne has a very impressive list of offers. Im surprised that CEO hasn't make room for the kid. I've talked to several ppl who've watched him and they all seem to think he's the real deal.

Y'all can down vote me all you want, you do not know what you are talking about. Etienne is not a small back like Helaire. The kid is 5'11" and a half almost 6 feet, and will probably be that by the time he's in college. He weighs 200 pounds and will probably put on another 10 to 20 pounds in college like most growing players do. That falls right in line with the size of LSU RB's.

but him and Helaire don't even run alike, Helaire is a short elusive, shifty, quick RB. Etienne is a fast downhill runner with some power.

Every up coming season you hear this shite and every season is a failure. This years team was supposed to be real special with all the talent coming back and senior leadership and look what happened. I'll settle for them just being really good next season and kicking arse, taking it one game at a time.
