Why doesn't LSU recruit the northeast (New York, Penn, etc.) like Alabama and Florida? Just wondering.

Less players, less quality of players, costs more to travel there, harder and more expensive to get players on multiple visits from there, far from their "home", etc.

The simple answer is we dont have any recruiters assigned to that area, so we rarely will ever land a player from out of there.
I know UF has always had a strong NE connection recently in recruiting, which is why they pull players out of there. Alabama is Alabama...

We don't have the name brand up there like they do. That's why we played at Syracuse last year and WI this year.
