Makes me wonder where we're at with Hootie. Also, can't see much of a chance here. Hampton is already committed to OM and I had already been hearing rumors about him feeling Bama.

Sounds like he has high interest before he has officially visited. That is a good sign. It also concerns me that the hootie situation is looking bad.....,however, it's just another recruiting spot open because of crob. We need some safeties in this class...but battle, Paris, hottie, and Hampton? Seems unlikely we would take all.

He has recently said he and Hootie talk a lot and would like to play on the same team, so I think this actually helps us.

Kind of odd that two guys who would be competing against each other would want to play on the same team, but what do I know?

IYAM, today's breaking news changed everything re: Bama. I'd expect their commits/leaners to do a lot of reconsideration now.

If he visits, it's gonna through a wrench into OM's class, but then again they'll just give him a raise.

astonvilla - I looked at your post history and you've made some statements regarding recruits going to other schools....some right, some wrong. My question is; do you have some sources inside? I'm not asking you to out them, just want to know what you're basing these calls on.

Hootie is gone! The writing is on the wall. Miles knows whats going on with the CROB handlers and they have made a hard press for Hootie now.

Doesn't he need to be loyal to his instate college? Or does that only apply to La recruits.

Is there a college in his state that can offer him as much from a football stand point as LSU can?
