LSU has longed for the day that it had some hope with elite five-star Florida defensive end CeCe Jefferson and that time may have arrived. Now, it's important to limit your expectations Tiger fans, but LSU may just have a puncher's chance to land the Baker County prep star.
quote:

Jefferson received a visit from LSU defensive line coach Ed Orgeron and defensive coordinator Kevin Steele on Thursday and the new hires appear to have had a positive impact on Jefferson's recruitment. The 6-foot-2, 275-pound prospect could play on the inside at defensive tackle or stay outside at defensive end and the Tigers have a need at both.

But that was before when it seemed he was bound for Florida. Now O'Steele the Deal has gotten to talk to him and he and CeCe are buddies too so you never know

I'm with you.

I generally feel much more positive about any recruit now that O'Steele (as you have coined) are here - they have lit a fire under me too!

How often do big recruits actually sign with a team that they didn't even visit for a game?

Ugo Amadi is a prime example of that
