Dont think we're really in the picture for him. Did he visit us even? Nice to be a hat on table i suppose at this point.

I think Monroe is the number 1 safety honestly. So I'll take EM

Anderson is above Jones on our board, but I doubt we get either of them. Kind of tough when you have Monroe, Saivion and Cameron in this class already

Yes he has visited and has had interest in LSU for some time now. They may not be in his lead group with Texas and aTm but there is some interest there. He's a great DB prospect that will make an immediate impact wherever he goes.

The LSU staff believes Deontay compares very favorably to Jamal Adams, personally I believe it's Brandon Jones that compares to him.

quote:

Alabama: This is a school that I've had interest in ever since they offered me. They are the top team every year and have consistent winning seasons each year. Alabama would be a great fit.

Baylor: I love the coaching staff and it's my grandmother's alma mater. The environment is great, and it's an in-state school.

LSU: You know, they are DBU. The coaching staff is amazing, just so welcoming and makes me feel like I'm wanted.

Oregon: I've liked Oregon since I was little. It would be great to play for a school I've liked for so long. Top-notch facilities and jerseys, and I love the fast tempo.

Texas A&M: A&M was my first offer. They've been in the mix from the get-go, they are the closest SEC school to home, and I'm real close with Coach [Kevin] Sumlin and Coach [Terry] Joseph. It's just a great school overall.

Texas: This is a school I've grown up watching. They were later to offer but once they did they automatically were in my top. I love the campus, coaches and the environment. It just feels so comforting when I'm there.

Brandon is A&M or Texas unless he has a change of mind, but he does plan on taking his OVs.

Im thinking Texas is the real threat and Baylor could land him if they pull the right strings

I hope one of those two land him. Not that I would hate to play against him, rather, I'd like to see our yearly opponents not benefit from his talents haha Kids a solid safety though and should be a good one for whomever lands him.
