Starting to get that Jamal Adams type vibe with Beckner. Always thought Adams would be part of LSU's class even when he was looking like he was headed to UF.
Can Beckner still play end while weighing 290+ or is he being recruited as a 3-technique?

With his speed, sure he can. Sonic Sam wasn't quite that big, but I've always liked DLines where there was one big bruiser and a smaller, quick guy at end. End spots are interchangable, so you can switch them around for different matchups.

Honestly, I think he could play inside as a 3 - tech. We may not need to recruit him as one considering the '16 DT class though.

I guess it just doesn't matter how many kids we send to the NFL at a certain position, or how many games we win, or how nice our facilities are, or how fine our bitches be. The kid is gonna chose the school with the most "swagga" 9 times of 10. I mean just frick everything.
