Not sure how he got 7

“2016 3-star QB Lindsey Scott Jr., who signed with LSU, before going JUCO, then Missouri and Nicholls State, has entered the portal as a grad transfer after passing for 3,767 yds and 34 TD, plus rushing for 1,547 yds and 15 TD in 18 games with the Colonels“

4 Regular years
1 Covid year
1 Redshirt year
1 Medical redshirt year

Just a guess, but I'm assuming that would be the only way.

He should transfer back to LSU. You never know when he might be needed in a meaningless bowl game.

Where is the guy that loves every Zachary player to tell us LSU still screwed up not starting him as a freshman?

From an outsiders perspective, his decision making doesn't really scream "ivy league".

Saw he was majoring in mathematics and computer science. I think he'll be just fine. He's the type of you kid you want to have compete in the spring. Good smart kid with a lot of experience.

Don’t forget that Scott committed to Syracuse over Harvard, so nothing says he would’ve gone Ivy League if LSU hadn’t offered him.

I don’t think his Ivy offers were legit.

He should be able to get an FBS offer. Averaged almost 300 yards and 2.6 TDs per game at Nicholls St.
