This really isn't news... Been hearing this for a while now. Obviously they feel that they have better options in either a flip prospect or a fall back option that is better than this guy. Aranda likes a certain style and apparently he's not in that conversation. We'll see soon

We need inside linebackers, we have plenty of depth already when it comes to outside linebackers.

I'm surprised they didn't revisit considering how LB recruiting has gone in recent weeks/months. Aranda is not a fan, though.

Insiders were shocked? Or just Jimmy? If he read 247 he would have known weeks ago Aranda shuffled the linebacker board. Jones isn't anywhere near the top of it. Aranda turned two star white guys into All American LB's at Wisconsin he probably knows more about talent evaluation than Jimmy effing Details

It isn't just the Nola guys, Bill Embody from scout has been projecting Levi Jones to LSU.
