CLM holds a 5-4 lead over Saban on commitments for 2013 when both schools have made an offer. Gotta give credit where credits due!

Dude rivals is in bed with Saban. They will make 4 star players 5 stars just to keep Bama them in the top2. We better beat them on the field this year to send a message to recruits.

Gotta agree with The Duckster here...
Why do so many of you guys have a fixation on Saban?
It's a very unflattering inferiority complex that is beneath our program.

I dislike the tricky little bastard myself, but he's a very effective coach. Let's beat him like we do everybody else, and giv ehim no more or less credit than he deserves.

I am so sick of this little brother syndrome, keep that on the rant. It is the reason you have a melt down over a 6 foot safety, 10 threads a day about Beckwith who isnt a LB at LSU, and why Fournette threads go 20 pages. For every player Bama gets LSU gets one equally as talented.

I think he meant committed recruits to either program if that makes a difference..

I'd love to see Miles and Saban in the ring.

A better litmus test would be how many recruits have Saban and taken from each others states.

That is a better metric. But Louisiana has more to defend, so the LSU coach would be at a disadvantage. Example: who gets more recruits out of the other's state, Stoops or Mack Brown. Easily Stoops.

Louisiana MOST years has more 4* and up if you want to use Rivals as a judge than Alabama has. This year, it is LA 16 Alabama 9. Little Nicky's problems lately have been more like Auburn and FSU. Last year, FSU took either 2 or 3 of the top 10 in Alabama. This year in Alabama, it is Alabama 6 Auburn 5 out of the top 15 players there. LSU is lucky in one regard that really within the state there is no other competition by other univerities in LA. Toolame is a joke now and I predict won't be playing division 1-A football in 2 years. Louisiana Tech could come up quite a ways but the problem has always been...can they keep a coach?
