..than he can find. If Saban is going to continue to come into Louisiana and pluck five star recruits whenever he feels like it, I'm not sitting idly by.

Are we going to let that prick come in and piss on our territory? Like a big dog? frick that. Lets make Alabama a priority, if for no other reason than to send a message. And I bet there are many lower profile recruits in Alabama that we might steal.

With him in the same division, I don't see we have a choice.

Might be Craig, but he's at FSU, and won't leave FSU for a lateral move.

I just think he needs to put a bigger emphasis on Mobile. We owned that bitch under Saban.

Really, frick Alabama. Don't waste your time competing against Auburn and UA.

Focus on Florida and Texas where there is always excess talent to be had.

Les needs to do what he does.

$abun is in your head. Lets hope he doesn't get in CLm's.
LSU needs the best available no matter where they are.

I'm for hiring the best available needs at coaching positions.

Also, Im not for spending anytime worried about Bama. LSU has needs and needs to recruit for those

I'd rather us pilfer recruits from Texas, Louisiana and take control of Mississippi with some weak arse programs over there...

If LSU focused on these three states and getting blue chips from each one, we'd dominate. Mississippi is so underrated to recruit. Why haven't we recruited Miss harder???

You realize Saban only has 2 of the top 5, 3 of the top 10 instate players committed to Alabama (rivals rankings).

And? I don't give a shite. What I said is easier for LSU to recruit because all three are loaded with talent and distance won't be much of a factor. Which is usually a major thing in most people's mind.

Lockdown Louisiana, Texas and Mississippi and LSU would dominate recruiting.

Yea but thats such a crowded area to recruit plus your going up against the best where distance sometimes comes into play plus in-state rivalries.

Texas and MS are the clear choices to recruit also now that Mizzou is in we might want to try for there blue chips as well.

This. ALabama puts out about equivalent HS talent as LSU, and there are two FBS schools in that state. Stick to La, Tejas and Florida. Screw recruiting Alabama too hard.

We used to have a solid presence in mobile. That's gone, but we made up for it with Ohio and Texas connections

I guess we would, and with a few national recruits we could play pro.

Brick Haley has more connections & ties to the state of Alabama than anyone you could bring in.
