Leigh had actually already signed with Clemson back in mid-December

Just an absolute recruiting failure by this staff. At one point you have this kid coming back to back weekends on his own dime, his mom looking at houses, and looking at schools for little bro. Fast forward a few months and you can’t even get the kid to tell you he already signed.

Then the coaches knew already. The player is obligated to inform coaches recruiting him that he signed already or it's a violation. I guarantee you Clemson isn't going to risk a violation just so some kid can keep his signing under wraps for a few weeks.
I'm sure this is why there's been no news about him lately. Also why we seemed to have been pushing harder on other targets.
Also, kind of kills the fire Cregg now push. He would have been fired with everyone else if O was just keeping him around to try and reel Leigh back in.
