I kept thinking there was a problem with the video quality, then I realized it was their ugly court.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say he'll be an upgrade over Elbert.

Wade doing work. He seems to have good coordination for a big guy.

Looks very good! Why was he not starting?

I freaking love this addition.

Most of the chatter on the Oregon boards is that he wanted to redshirt to develop his offensive game and coming to LSU allows him to do that.

They loved his athleticism but said his hands weren't the best.

A few said it'd be addition by subtraction for them, but I'm sure those are just sour grapes.

I don't see how losing a 7 footer who can run the floor and block shots is a good thing?

Technically speaking he was never going to play in Elbert's shoes since he isn't eligible this season, but, Elbert not playing is probably an upgrade over him playing, so. Still a plus

Well unless you can just replace them. LSU will be in that position sooner rather than later with Wade here for sure. This guy is an animal on the trail and he knows exactly where he wants to go.

When the results come in I predict LSU will be the place to be in the south besides Kentucky and we've proved even with the half roster we had that LSU isn't scared of the big blue. Once the PMac is packed and rocking, it will be the Death Valley of college basketball "baby". Alleva nailed this hire and we'll see if he nailed the others as well. GT

Doesn't make it right or moral oncebthe media drags LSU through the mud. Baylor written all over it.

LOL

Old accusation 1000 miles away vs rapes in your own athletic department.

Seems legit.

To make a statement like this, you must not know what was really going on at Baylor.

I have no idea what this guy did or didn't do, and I have no idea if he's that good at basketball, but just because he's being investigated doesn't mean he did anything.

At Baylor, coaches and administrators were actively influencing investigations, covering for players and trying to coerce accusers. There's a long way between this reprehensible activity and simply offering a guy who is being investigated. Obviously it's not great, but I have to assume LSU did great due diligence before making a decision here.
