I'm saying that a 4 year program guy who is a solid contributor on special teams and plays 2 solid years at LB is better than a JUCO guy who only gives you 1 year of each.

I think a JUCO has 3 to play 2, so he could redshift one year to pick up the calls.

That's true, unless they started at a 4 year school and moved down and had either redshirted already, or stayed in JUCO for 2 years to get grades straight. Then they would just have 2 to play 2.
I understand the draw. However, if LSU could land a guy like Moses and pair him with White for next year, it's always better to have 4 year guys than JUCO if you can at positions like ILB.

That's East Mississippi. Pettaway and Allen from Bama are from East. MGCCC recently has sent 6 players to Auburn in the last couple years.
