Best I can tell, that’s all it is - a big fat rumor!
I would bet a paycheck rumor was started by Aggie fans after he decommitted. They’ve been pretty salty about Mr. Perkins ever since he decided he wasn’t coming to college station - Seems pretty on brand that they would start saying something like Jackson State, just because they’re pissed off about being dumped….

It's cool a 18-year-old kid can have a "camp" at such a tender age. What the heck is that? Does it include anyone who knows him, lives in the same town, knows someone who lives in the same town, meets the equipment manager of his high school at the Walmart one day? I'd like to have a camp but then I'd have to pay and/or feed it. No wonder these kids have an inflated view of their place in the world.
