What's not to understand? He wants the ball, at least right now. The rumor up until now was that Bama led because LSU was trying to sell him on defense while Bama told him he could play RB. Frank ain't gonna let that be why he goes elsewhere.

If this dude comes to LSU we can just put Leonard Fournette as LB there is no point of having 5 RBs that can start at any other team in the country we NEED LBS

Stud LBs in the NFL are going to make a bit more than RBs for a while. There are so many RBs by committee now and the recent free agency cycles have shown that RBs just aren't going to get paid big dollars except maybe those 3-4 super elite ones. RBs don't have as long of a shelf life either historically.
