It has happened before. CB Curtis Brown who plays at Texas was the #21 player in the nation in 07 and played WR. When he signed with Texas he wanted to play CB. He even played CB in the Army game he will probably end up a 2nd round pick. Not a bad idea if thats what he really wants.

Im hearing he was offered but with the Josh Turner commitment I really don't know where he stands. I just don't see how he fits because we would have 6 DB's. Diggs might play some RB so we could have room.

Football Official, are you in the River Parish Association?

that was me who posted this in another thread w/ the goal of not starting a new thread and stirring up too much, and hopefully getting some informed post in the process.. the only way this info is fiction is if his former coach lied to me.. he said jarvis loved the physical aspect of football and the lsu coaches loved what they saw on the defensive side of the ball as well

Agreed with above on Loston, Reid, Simon, already there. Think he's needed more as a WR & he could be another Josh Reed type. Look at the depth problems of last season at WR.

I would offer him just so he could come in and block on certain plays. The guy hits as hard as any WR i've seen.
