Probably not a coincidence that A&M wrapped up Texas this year while UT has so few recruits, and OU is ranked fairly low.
A&M will be a force in Texas the next few years, making inroads to other places probably isn't a bad idea.

Texas as a state was down this year. That's why we went all over the country for our class. We didn't pursue very many guys in Texas at all for 2013.
But we laid some groundwork for '14.
