It all started at Bunny Friend.

A 10 year old kid from a very poor family plays football at Bunny Friend playground down the street. He is the star of the team. Next year a man visits his mom , mom comes into some money. Mom tells kid he is playing for Pontchartrain Park and if anyone asks he lives with one of the coaches.
Kid plays next two seasons at PP and is one of the best players. A man comes to visit his mom, mom comes into some money. Mom tells kid is going to a private school to play football and if anyone asks he lives with one of the coaches.
Kid plays three years at the private school and he is a star player. A man comes to visit mom, mom comes into some money. Mom tells kid he is going on a trip to Kansas....

Stuff like that happens all the time. Why I don't think the KU thing yesterday is an example of this is because there is so much attention being brought, bag men don't want that to happen. They space those things out. Five guys committing from LA to KU in one day has something else going on, not bag men. Hell, if this is a publicity stunt I bet no money was involved at all because these kids have no plans to go to KU.
