Is Jacob Phillips announcing his decision today?

I saw in previous threads that is the case. Anybody know what time? So I don't just come look at this board 1000 times before its time.

People have just been speculating that he might flip today. He has not announced anything official.

Might be today but, he probably needs some time to clear his head and have serious talks with his parents.
Plus he seems like a classy kid and level headed so he will need time to get with the OU staff to let them know he will be going to the new LBU, I mean LSU before he makes anything public.

A decommit from OU could come today, but its up to him...I don't think anyone has released anything definite...

Most seem to think it's this week. Going home to mull it over and either re-affirm OU or most likely flip to LSU.

Sci Martin waited a few weeks before announcing his commitment. So you never know. Granted he has different circumstances (mom was sick)

He told all of his friends that Monday was decision day. So hopefully he calls Oklahoma today and cancels and then informs LSU of his commit. He should know that he can't wait, as others may commit before him and take his spot away.
I'm hoping Willie Gay, who said he had a wonderful official visit and mentioned that everything went perfect, also commits today for the same above reason.
Those two linebackers would be the two preferred linebackers to get.
