I agree with you in a sense. We can't bash Louisiana kids for leaving to go to Bama to try for a National Championship, but in the next breath shite on Mississippi kids who won't come to LSU.

I think the difference is that with us, a couple of players could make the difference in getting is to the Playoffs. But the Mississippi schools aren't that close...

I wish someone would do a "real" story on how recruiting is conducted to show that these campus visits aren't the only things going on!

There was a movie about this starring a former LSU athlete. "Blue Chips."

This is one of the best ways I have heard this being said. Upvote.

Everything is relative.

LSU, while having been outperformed by Bama, is still a top SEC program.

MSU is about to go through a down cycle for them...and a down cycle at MSU is typically very bad.

Still, you can't "complain" about it. But, it's reasonable to think that most highly recruited kids would pass on MSU at this time.

Good, then if true, it means LSU should have a good shot at landing Charles Moore.

State just lost their DL coach.

Things are breaking down pretty quickly there.

MSU is about to be the dumpster fire of the West. Why would a talented kid wanna waste a shot at the pros by going to Starkvegas?
