he's definitely a project. I'm hoping he can come in and give us similar production to Del Piero, but he's not gonna play nearly as many minutes.

While Tuba lacked overall athleticism, his size around the rim was apparent at times. I think Malone's athleticism can provide that way more consistently as he matures. I'm excited to see this kid develop.

He probably won't come in as good as Del Piero is right now, but he is much more athletic from what I can tell and is close in size. I would think he would develop into a better player then Del Piero is after a little time on campus. How much time, depends on his work ethic.

Is that pic really him? I hope so, because that's a solid frame for an 18 year old 7-footer.

If that is actually his pic, he is a grown man! Those arms, shoulders and legs at 7' should equal close to 300 lbs.

That's what I'm talking about. I was expecting some lanky kid like Paul Wolfert. You can definitely see the Aussie Rules in those legs.

Was thinking the same thing. When his upper body fills out he should have an NBA frame to work with. Maybe we have the next Bogut on our hands. lol

I don't think that's him. Doing a Google image search comes up with a different dude.

He's NBA ready size wise as it is. Reminds me of that big goofy white boy from Kansas that was so good.

That kid can move for his size. The SEC can be pretty physical at times down low, but he looks to have a pretty good skill set to go along with great size. I'm stoked to see what this class will look like on the court.

and yikes on the ACT score. Luckily, I think he has a good while to get that up to where it needs to be.

Really hard for me to believe that kid is both 7'0 tall and only 220 pounds (which is what is says everywhere about him). He has to be over 250.

He's 7 feet, but a lot of his height is in his neck. But yeah, by now he's probably bigger than 220.
