How confident are you in that we land Rashard Lawrence?

I know that this has been talked about before but as Friday gets closer, I'm sure that all eyes will be on his announcement. He's one of those big body game changers that LSU really needs moving forward. Any thoughts on our chances? Not looking for "LSU Lock", etc., just curious on the thoughts of this board.

I was 100% confident in him coming to LSU. Then we swapped DCs. Now, I have no idea.

Going off of everything I've seen or read for the past 3 months, he'll be a Tiger. I'm done calling any recruit a "lock" but he sure seems like one. Imo, 95% Tiger!

You think he loved Steele that much? Wouldn't you think he'd be very happy about the Aranda hire?

I'm hoping the time spent with Aranda over the weekend has helped assuage any fears he had about the new defensive scheme.

Not an issue of loving Steele. Just heard some rumblings about how he would fit in a 3/4.

He didn't leave a cliffhanger in his post. You need to calm down.

There are players on his team that think tOSU has a legit shot! Possibility of Miles not being around much longer could be a reason, or that he's not fond of playing NT in a 3-4....and i'm just a messenger!!! I was sure he was LSU until i get that info this morning!

If I was a top defensive lineman, especially DT, there is no other position coach I would want to play for more

I heard this from a guy on his HS coaching staff. That's what turned him off with Bama. They wanted him to gain weight and play nose tackle. That makes me wonder how he feels about Aranda's scheme. I think he could do fine as a 3-4 d tackle.
