I will not knock a recruit for his choice of a school. Especially when he conducts himself like this and says he just wants to go out of state and have a different experience. Good for him, but IMO LSU isn't losing out by not landing him.

I wish he wouldn't go but best of luck to him. He's handling this very maturely and I can understand him wanting out of the state, the way I see it (assuming he's from a poverty stricken area), these kids want to make it out of the ghetto and moving to BR may not give them that satisfaction of "I've made it". Whatever he chooses I wish him a lot of success and he will only be tigerbait one Saturday a year.

Exactly right!went to college with him!i knew when Saban hired him it was for this reason!!get him to the gumps!that is why he is going to bama!he also played at the same highs school that devonta is playing at.

I was the same way when I was young. Now, thru work, I've visited every state but all I want to do is stay in Baton Rouge.
