Yep. Had offers from Army, Air Force, etc....but his heart was with Stanford.

Wish I could knock a few back with Herb to celebrate. I have no doubt he has already had some today!

I am only 34, and I have never seen a player do what he did consistently with his size. He had the most career touchdowns at Newman...more than either Manning. Straight baller.

Glad he got the offer from Stanford. This was a highly intelligent decision for him and shows this kid is looking out for his long term future.

He had Harvard, Yale, Dartmouth.....as well. He had options to get the best degree out there outside of the LSU degree!
