That didn't even receive an offer from that school in an attempt to get offered?

I know it seems silly but you never know these days...

Yes, earlier this month. A kid tried to commit to Tennessee..they didn't accept

Also that kid that committed to Cal and made up this fake arse story and the coaches never heard of him

in fact, there is a youtube video of a kid who held a conference in front of his school to commit and he didn't have offers from any of them.

But this happens all the time. Kids think they have commitable offers and they don't.

What a dumb decision, I'll never forget it and he will never live it down. It will be posthumously added to his tombstone, just an engraving of that picture and the story below it

Another thing to keep in mind is some of those kids get real interest from those programs. They may not get "real offers" but communication is there via mail, phone calls and contact with coaches.

The kid that tried to commit to cal. No need for your passive aggressive net jab. This is still a recruiting board on the internet for LSU, we're all fricking nerds

And he was a pretty darn good rb. To bad LSU was stacked at the rb.

Funniest shite just happened. I'm on a NBA 2k14 basketball league with a 17 yr old kid that said he got a scholarship to Ole Miss for 2015 class and I look it up and funny thing was, I couldn't find a Joey young anywhere

At the time… He'd likely be going into the preseason as the #1 RB right now… Not saying he'd keep that spot, but he'd PROBABLY be getting the 1st shot at the position…

but it is what it is…. he's at Nebraska, and we have Fournette… win, win for everyone… unless Fournette gets hurt, then we fricked up royally...
