Profile said 5'9. You just never know what the circumstances were. Could have been multiple reasons.

He's not 5'9. All you have to do is look at the picture of him standing next to Tony Brown who's been reported at 6'0, to know he's about 5 inches shorter than him. He'll probably end up at Texas Tech, TCU or Houston.

He has a pretty solid offer list according to 247.

Good luck to Chris. Hopefully he considers the grayshirt, if that's what it is. If he goes elsewhere, there will be a lot of Tigers pulling for him.

He reports offers from A&M, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Georgia, and Tennessee from the SEC.

Also, Nebraska Ohio State, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Texas Tech, UCLA, and Utah

No reason to get nervous, we parted ways mutually. That means one thing. We're upgrading.

Why? Because not everyone is committing right now? Let the kids have their moment in the sun. They only get to do this once and I don't blame them for taking all of their visits. I know I would. The only recruit you should feel nervous about is probably Robinson. The others already know what's up.

This is a good sign....just glad he did this sooner than later so he can find a great school for himself with ample opportunity to play

For sure. Better earlier than later. I hate to part ways with a guy that was willing to help out on the recruiting trail for us.

One of my fave recruits but we will be stacked at DB. Wishing the kid the best.. More space to get Kenny Young or the DT Booth from FL?

Yeah. I hope this doesn't spell something bad for my boy DJ Chark though. CENLA doesn't send kids to LSU all that often and it would suck for the one that finally gets that offer to not actually get to go to LSU.

And to jamal, I also feel much more comfortable about Cam than I did, but Alabama's recent history of getting lineman into the league (even though they suck once they get there) scares me. We just have to hope Harris, Hootie and Stud keep working on Cam and make him see the light that LSU is the only place for him.

No reason to feel nervous. I take this as a sign the staff are more confident about the spots they have available in the class. Meaning they have a good understanding of who is on board and are now making adjustments to make the numbers work.

It surely is a great pitch that they can offer. We have our own spiel as well.. and I am confident in our staff's ability to sell it.
