Grier may transfer if they start Franks.

I am sure he has heard what they are telling Franks that they are ready to move on from Grier. Next season is shot anyway. Just throwing that out there.

Not sure if it true but Word from camp was that Del Rio outplayed Grier, but he has to sit due to transfer. Grier really screwed himself and now is likely done as a Gator with Franks coming in.

Franks is not even close to being ready to start. He will be a good QB one day, but not anytime soon. At least 3 years from now.

When he comes back from his suspension, he will be the starter for the next 3 years unless he turns pro early. He is that good. Anyone who thinks Franks beats him out is mistaken.

This. Franks ain't starting for 2 years down the road at best. He wasn't going to start at LSU until he was a redshirt sophomore anyway.
