@tcgallo I may have overreached on that a bit, due to the information I was initially given; however, having one will help with the other. Certainly not a package deal, though, if I made it seem that way.

247 definitely has this kid a lot closer to his deserving ranking. How anyone can watch that and see anything lower than a top-15 safety is beyond me

Prospects from around the country are planning to make the trip to Baton Rouge on April 16, including Texas safety Grant Delpit, who is one of LSU's top priorities in the class. While that trip will certainly work in LSU's favor, the weekend prior to the spring game may end up being more valuable to the Tigers in regards to landing the sought after safety. The 6-foot-1, 185-pound New Orleans native is expected to visit LSU the weekend before the spring game with his entire family, which includes his grandparents, as the Tigers look to extend its lead, according to a source. The two parties have grown fond of each other, with LSU linebacker coach Bradley Dale Peveto and defensive backs coach Corey Raymond leading the charge.
