I figured as much. The way Clifton talks makes him seem like he's already made his decision. All Tiger.

How do y'all feel about Clifton?

He and Nyles Morgan are the #1 LBs on our board... He's no doubt an LSU lean right now... Maybe we can make a move when he comes to Oxford for the OM/LSU game for his OV... Reading between the lines of his interviews it's obviously gonna be pretty tough to sway him away from BR.

Thanks. And how do you feel about Gerrald Mcdowell? I was lurking on y'all's board and someone posted that Mcdowell was OM's to lose. That seemed a little odd to me since Mcdowell named us his leader a few weeks ago.

Whoever said that was probably just fishing for some back and forth with LSU posters.

The poster who said it seems like a bit of a troll. He still has a ban bet with a Grinder over Chris Jones as his sig quote.

He needs to change that shite.

ETA: Landsharks, I'm looking for Mcdowell's twitter but can't find it. You sure we are talking about the same guy?

On the rebelgrove (OM Rivals) site front page they put up a 3 minute interview with McDowell today... He says Kiffen has been recruiting him the hardest but when asked about what schools stand out other than OM he says LSU pretty much before McCready even finishes the question... That tells me all I need to know when it comes to a kid from Covington, LA.

I saw the same interview. Sort of freaked when I saw that post and had to look to see if any sources were corroborating it. I really want Mcdowell in this class and have since the beginning. Dude's a straight mauler and even though he isn't the biggest guy he is fricking country strong like crazy.

Tweets like that get me pretty pumped up but an in-state LSU target sending out a tweet vs. signing an LOI with a different SECw school are two TOTALLY different things... Not that you don't know that.

At the end of the day Gerald Willis will be a Tiger IMO. It's just too much racial shite going on in Mississippi, I don't think his parents will allow him to leave and live in Mississippi without them.

yeah bc no black players ever want to play for us

Gerald Willis will be in purple in gold when it is all said and done. No harm playing the game and getting entertained by bunch of fellow players. GW to smart to leave LSU behind Ole Miss.

Ok what ever dude !! But back on recruiting, the kid is just visiting other schools to see what else is out there and enjoy the recruiting process. From what I hear he's visiting Florida St and Auburn this week with his Father. Oh by the way

Yeah, it didn't really make sense if you know about Mcdowell's recruitment. The kid has basically been waiting the whole time for the LSU offer and there have been rumors he would commit soon. So when I saw this posted I got a little scared.

By the way, this shite is getting real boys. Webster McDowell, and Adams are ours to lose. Webster is a Rebel. Might as well add him.

Didn't know how credible the poster was.
