LINK

Fournette, Myles Garrett, Jabrill Peppers, Cam Robinson, Marlon Humphrey, Jalen Tabor and Adoree' Jackson all lived up to top 15 expectation.

Now some fun:

Clifton Garrett was the 28th best overall player in the country, 3 spots ahead of Jamal Adams

Godchaux was billed as the 10th best SDE in the country, Deondre Clark as the 11th best SDE

Ed Paris was the #3 safety and the #42 overall player in the country

Hootie Jones #4 safety and the #50 overall player in the country

Speedy Noil 8th best overall prospect in the entire country

Tony Brown 9th best overall prospect in the entire country

Drunk and bored. discuss!

Don't forget Gerald Willis. It's insane how terrible he and Noil flopped.

Man I thought Edward Paris would be good, he was like in the top 15 when he committed really early, and when he kept dropping in the rankings the board just said it was because he wasn't uncommitted.

he's played a good bit this year. Could be our next Dwayne Thomas type guy.

Everyone thought he was going to be an All-SEC type player. He would probably be starting at most other SEC schools. We bring in so much truly elite DB talent that even really good players get passed quickly.

If you watched Paris's camp films, you wouldnt of had him as high.

I thought he was on the slower side and not to athletic.

He was in the Opening top 10 for skills challenge results. Would at least be a rotational player had he chosen safety.

He needs to be playing safety. I hope he makes the switch

Exactly he just insisted on being a corner. Could've played alongside his boy Jamal and had a more productive career. Hope he makes the move next year but with Stevens and Delpit coming in for spring it might be tough to hold off those cats, they can ball

Ed Paris should get a good amount of playing time next year. Perfect guy to take Dwayne's spot next year.

I don't know if Paris is quick enough to play on the inside slot in Thomas role. I think that's gonna be Fulton's spot to lose

I can see Xavier Lewis getting more PT that Paris. Paris is physical, but so is Lewis. Lewis seems to have a different gear and seems to have pretty decent instincts.

Lewis just looks natural a few different positions. I can see them both playing that Thomas role though. He was huge this year in big moments.

Really? He may be starting, but not like he is having a stellar career...

Other than Fitzpatrick and Jackson, their DBs aren't what makes them good.
