Honestly he looked very small.

I think he will be good but I had a feeling he might transfer.

You didn't hear a word about him all year.
I will say, he has extremely quick feet off the line and great speed. I think he will do well wherever he goes.

Must be going back close to home.

I remember him being on Instagram live or something after he committed saying he trusted BK and the process. Sucks to see him go. Maybe Parker is passing him up.

Parker has been ahead of him since fall. I liked Brown upside though he’s a true burner and great at tracking the football

His commitment felt like all those kids that committed after 2019.

It was always a little strange to me

This is the sucky part about the portal. Behind studs like nabers and Thomas true freshman won’t play immediately. As fans you want to see them develop and get their shot at your school vs another school. WR room is deep but losing him hurts especially if he turns out to be up to his ranking.

Great speed but he was too small and nimble to have success here IMO. He could’ve been a nice deep threat, though.

He saw the writing on the wall, Lacy and Hilton coming back, Z. Thomas coming in from the portal, Anderson manning the slot and Sampson, Parker, Prean then add the newly signed freshmen. We are loaded at WR just like TE

Anderson has convinced no one so far he has taken the slot role…maybe he was a step slower off of injury

Jelanie Watkins will take the role of undersized incredibly fast wr. If he works on his hands he could be another Benny Brazil.

Dude wants to play and he won’t see the field here till junior year at earliest. That room is pretty loaded.

We have a dozen WR.
We are 5ish scholarships over the limit.
Good luck Mr. Brown but I'd rather lose a non starting WR than a position of need.

I expected this. Too many guys ahead of him, and LSU keeps bringing in speed guys. Jelani Watkins is a burner also. I've noticed this, but usually skill players outside of Texas/Louisiana for LSU, either don't produce, or don't stay long at all. The good thing is that LSU doesn't really rely on out of state skill guys, like, at all.

I assume he knows which of the freshmen actually progressed to be ahead of him. Everyone progresses at different rates. Good luck young man.
