Find a coaching position for Marcus Randall?

If Saban were here, he would hire Randall if it meant Allen would follow. Surely Marcus could coach some facet of our offense? He has the credentials.

If the argument is the Randall isn't pushing Allen anywhere, then why would it help us re: Allen's recruitment to put him on staff.

OP is correct. Les Miles refused to go that route, but it's imperative these days to use these tactics.

Aside from the Bluegrass Miracle, and a few other plays/games, he was not a special QB. However, Saban stuck with him, so now he has allegiance to Saban. Truth is, Marcus could have been an All-American safety, and played in the NFL. Anyway, Saban was his coach, and we should not be surprised with this occurrence.
