Hamm followed him into a restroom at Kyle Field and cornered him for an interview.

Holy shite! Not that I hope this happens, but can/has A&M ever try/tried to get a restraining order against him?

That school survives on gimmicks. I get it though, not a very appealing program to recruits or for fans to boost for.

That is the story that will follow Hamm for the rest(room) of his career.

I see hammys name and I can't help but picture a 4ft8 dude with highlights with a personalized plate "SWAG" on the back of a Mitsubishi while he's jamming scrubs by TLC reassuring himself he matters

i dont think the recruits get all that giddy about the helicopter like A&M thinks they do. i mean they get out recruited most of the time and they roll that helicopter out for all their "big targets"
The downside of anything like that is that while a school (TAMU in this case) considers say 10% of their targets elite and "swagcopter worthy" I would imagine a bigger % of the recruits think they themselves are worthy and might wonder why they don't get the royal treatment.

I'm not a "treat everybody fair" or "participation trophy" guy... but this is a basic marketing principle. If equate any gimmick/ploy with a certain want/need, then the absence of that gimmick/ploy indicates a lesser want/need.

Hamm is an anti-recruiter for A&M, so let him stay there for the rest of his life. He can continue to run prospects off from Faggieland for years to come.
